Some Helpful Presale Tips Login to your account before the presale begins to ensure that everything is working properly.  If you are experiencing issues, please send an email to our support team atsupport.groundctrl.com and they will be able to assist you.  'Sold Out' does not necessarily mean sold out.  When a user adds a ticket to their cart, the ticket is held for 12 minutes while the checkout process is completed, temporarily removing it from inventory.  In that time, their session could time out, their card could be declined, they might change their mind, etc.  If any of that happens, the items that were reserved in their cart get put BACK into inventory for another user.
