Adam Lambert confirms second single from 'Trespassing'

Vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert has revealed that the next single to be taken from his upcoming studio album will be 'Never Close Our Eyes'.

The talented hitmaker took to his official Twitter page earlier this evening (April 11) and treated his 1.4 million followers to the exciting news that this track will mark the second single to come from 'Trespassing':

"2nd Single off of Trespassing will be "Never Close Our Eyes"!"

Hold your breath because it looks like Queen and Adam Lambert have saved the day!

Following on from the upsetting news of the Sonisphere Festival cancellation it appears that all may not be lost..

It appears that four concerts featuring the singer and band will take place this year.

One is set at Moscow’s Olympic Arena on June 30.  They will also play together with Elton John in Kiev and do two other shows at the Hammersmith Apollo in early July although no news on dates as yet.

Roger Taylor told Billboard they try to provide “some alternative… for some of the people who had bought tickets” for the canceled Sonisphere. “We’re really excited about it,” he gushed. “Adam… of course he has this unbelievable range, like Freddie (Mercury) had range. Adam can really cover it. He’s an extraordinary singer and a real talent. I feel he fits into our sort of theatricality.”

Adam has been out and about this week promoting his upcoming album ‘Trespassing’ he performed at the annual NewNowNext Awards and also took to the red carpet looking pretty flawless…
