When you see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or the grand canyon for the first time, it takes your breath away and brings tears of appreciation and awe. This is what Adam does -- by his looks, talent, personality and intelligence.
I feel like I think Kara felt on Idol. She would sit there with a look of overwhelming awe each week and be absolutely blown away by him. He is a joy to behold -- perfection.

WWFM is playing at HoChunk Casino in Baraboo Wisconsin.
ReplyDeleteWe took a little mini vacation to the Casino Saturday and as I tried the crazy machines, my good time was enhanced with the beautiful voice of Adam singing Whadda Ya Want From Me sailing out of the machine. I think it wanted my cash! haha...
But it wasn't nearly that painful with Adam singing to me.
ADAM IS EVERYWHERE.....even little casinos in Northern Wisconsin. YAY!!
Gloria, I have to agree - that favourite picture of your's is one of perfection - purely and simply! So tall, elegant, relaxed and impeccably dressed all the way down to his Yves St. Laurent boots ( my favourite's of his footwear).

ReplyDeleteI loved the flashback to AI final 3 with Adam singing U2's One...his way! Beautiful and so Adam. For some reason it was particularly heartfelt today. Peace and love.
ReplyDeleteFor some strange, odd reason, Adam singing One here gave me the chills and a lump in my throat. Why it was particularly poignant today I don't know, but it touched me in a way that I haven't felt for awhile. So good to hear that again, and that picture of Adam from The Grammy's is to die for; those are my favorite pictures of him!! Thanks again for a great blog today Gloria!

I was brought to tears when Adam sung "One" on AI. It was only time his mom cried during a performance. What an incredible voice.
ReplyDeleteHmm - Adam with a tan - for once he's not the "pale" one at the party. Looks absolutely fabulous. Probably working out, too, as he's showing more skin. Keep it up, BB - drive us all nuts - lol.

I am so glad "One" had the same affect on others as it did to me! I was really moved to tears ..of joy, of course, but it brought me back to the core reason as to why we are all crazy love with this man!
