Last but not least is ‘Chokehold’ which from the title suggest a slightly darker song.  I think this was actually my favourite out of the three, it reminded me of a rockier Savage Garden.  Perhaps a bit of a softer vocal and tone to the track but I really like the production behind it.  It sounds like it could be placed on the next Twilight soundtrack, but perhaps the Hunger Games will take it up?  The chorus is very catchy.

Overall great performances from a talented performer and a fabulous sign of the kind of album ‘Trespassing’ will be…I hope they get that release date sorted out soon!

Our snap judgments, at least based on the clips we’ve got: The studio version of “Cuckoo” has a strong chance of being pretty great, at least if those guitars transfer; “cuckoo” is sung exactly how you think it is. “Chokehold” is a power ballad that can go either way depending entirely on how it’s produced; the bridge could be interesting. (It’s the one Adam said was kind of like Depeche Mode, which is promising.) “Trespassing” is the title track and in no way a ballad; Adam’s having a lot of fun with those vocals. So that’s three promising tracks. Not bad! In Idol-alum terms, perhaps “Better Than I Know Myself” is going to be the “Mr. Know It All” of the album: not really representative?

This is my third Sauli Koskinen cartoon. He is my cartoon character the smiling warrior Midnight Sunshine. In this cartoon Midnight Sunshine is being welcomed into the cavern lair of the great and powerful supernatural being the Great Fire Wolf A-dam. The fire breathing fierce fire wolf has the utmost respect for Midnight Sunshine. In fact he is one of the few humans to see the lair and befriend the human speaking. It is said the those of evil intent fear the very mention of the one golden and one blue eyed wolf.

Dear Adam,

You have breathed new life into my 68 yr. old soul. After much heartache over the last 13 years, I forgot how to live with love and joy. I lost a 32 yr. old daughter while I was going through a divorce after a 35 year marriage. I thought my life was over but you captured my heart in an instant on IDOL and I was feeling joy again. 

You are my first! I was never involved in any fan club, entertainer adoration, rock concerts, glittery attire, twittering and daily watching your every move on my computer. You represent the open-minded honesty of an unspoiled world. Your courage, kindness and “joie de vivre” are very contagious and admirable.

Dear Adam Lambert, 

     My name is Kathryn (@Kathryn17 on Twitter). I’m 18 years old and from North Carolina. I just want to share with you a little about myself. I live in the south and I come from a very conservative Christian family. However I’m lucky because both my parents aren’t nearly as small-minded as the rest of my family. On my mom’s side and my dad’s side, my family is very close-minded. Pretty much anytime we’re together as a family, there’s always a discussion where being gay is discussed negatively. And to be honest, before you came along, I wasn’t all too sure how I felt about the subject. But now I am!! & you have helped me to realize that.  

You have inspired me so much to not care what anyone thinks and that the person I need to be most true to, is myself.  I know you hear all the time that you’ve changed people’s lives but you have truly changed mine. I hypothetically asked my mom if she would hate me if I said I was gay and she said no. I’m not gay, but it’s a blessing to have a mom who wouldn’t disown me. 

     I read somewhere that you said you don’t understand why people find being gay is so interesting. And I don’t know either. I want you to know that that’s not all I see when I look at you. As you said recently "Its not something you should have to look past. Look right at it. It's fabulous. Gay is fierce." I see this incredibly humble guy with as much talent as the never ending ocean. I see someone who has more love than he knows what to do with. I also see this guy who has changed so many lives and who will continue to do just that. Your musical ability whether it’s songwriting or your singing & vocal talent is definitely the first thing I see when I look at you. Not your sexuality. Yes it’s a part of your life and I am so glad you embrace that because I do too and that you embrace being a role model! Since I’ve seen you twice in concert I know how much you love to sing and perform! It’s all about doing something you love and I know you are living your dream. I wish you all the happiness in the world! And I wish you all the success and love! Your second album is much anticipated! Also I want to wish you and Sauli the very best! I am so happy for the 2 of you! Y'all are my favorite couple ever!! So much LOVE!

      A few more things: My mom’s name is Lela too. I bet I’m the only fan of yours who’s mom’s name is Lela also! She’s also a big fan of yours & her favorite song is “Fever” She & my daddy took me to 2 of your Glam Nation shows (Charlotte, NC & Raleigh, NC). I can’t tell you how grateful and fortunate I am to have 2 loving parents who accept me. I am so glad you loved your birthday card I created for you that everyone signed! I saw that you tweeted about it  so I know you got it and I am so glad!! I’m also really looking forward to Trespassing!! Hi Adam:  What can I say that hasn't already been said? 

Well...I can say that you have inspired me to pull out all those really cool boots I own and start wearing them again!  I was at a bakery the other day and the lady who owns it said "I love your boots" and before I could think I replied "I look like Adam Lambert!" then I blushed and started giggling.  She got a good laugh out of it too.  

I'm not big on social sites, however I did join Twitter solely to follow you and keep up to date on where you are & what you are doing.  I also became a fan on your Official Web Site, check-in to you on GetGlue, and receive Gloria's AdamBertDaily Blog which is absolutely the best for all things Adam for sure!      

I have been saying since the first time I saw you on American Idol that you "Mezmerize & Amaze Me!" and I stick to saying that today - even more!!  Oh...and the chills you give me are electric! 

I am looking forward to seeing you in concert soon.  Memorizing those words everyday!  

Continue being true to yourself, it is what has made you who you are and inspired so many of us in so many different ways.  Continue feeling the love.  There is so much of it in this world for you!  I can't imagine how it feels to have that much love from such a wide diversity of people all over the world.  You are one special person!!
